                        (unexpected break in column) arrives at Assembly
                        Area Blackjack.. 15 FSB moves out north. CPT
                        Brown leaves one march unit under CPT Loncoria to
                        lint( up with second under !SG Glasco, as he
                        maintains contact with 15 FSB.
                        OBOLA: Field train united and move north
                        0840: D and C Troop move north with 9/10 acft each
                        1115: @ Troop arrives at Assembly. Area Owen
                        1130- TOC, A Troop, and B Troop arrive at Assembly
                        Area Owen
                        1200: C and D Troop refuel in the vicinity of
                        Assembly Area Lee at Aviation Brigade FP.RP
                        14'b@: Combat trains elements under CPT Shanahan
                        nri-ive at Assembly Area Owen
                        1410: C and D Troop arrive at Owen
                        1430: LTC Sharp briefs Commanders at Assembly
                        Area Owen
                        1500: Sqi-tadron departs Assembly Area Owen for the
                        Al Shamali oil fields to the south of Basrah in
                        order to make contact with the Hammurabi
                        RepuL,lican Guard Division. Air troops screen to
                        the front of division, moving almost due east.
                        Ground troops conduct northern flank screen
                        1515: C Troop engages abandoned BMD with 20mm
                        cannon
                        1600: D Troop engages and destroys Soviet made
                        truck (GAZ-6E,) with rockets and @@mm cannon at
                        PL'914456. E Troop engages lQi-20 dismounts at
         PUB47361
                        1640: D Troop identifies and suppresses four
                        dismounts vic PU9035. Hand off enemy dismounts
                        to E:nd Brigade scouts
                        1701b: D Troop engaged by dismounts in the vic-of
                        pr-evioulsy destroyed truck. Air troops break
                        station, return to Assembly Area Owen to FARP
                        located at that site.  E Troop starts entering
                        bunker complex vic: 9247. LTC Sharp orders a
                        platoon of B Troop to provide protection for the
                        TOC and combat trains. Course moved 2km south
                        (from 48 to 46 grid line), due to dismount threat
                        in the area at bunker complex. Field trains link
                        up with CPT Brown.
                        173Q)-ISZO: TOC and combat trains stop.
                        1900-1930: TOC and combat trains resume move
                        southeast with platoon of B Troop Bradleys.
