PSYOPS assests to warn civilians of the exolosive destruction of the bunkers. the
crowds were not easilv controlled. An infantpv comdanv or laraer. with
transoortation assets would have been heloful in crowd control and worksite
secull itv
b. Iraoi warehouse Drocedures were ooor causino numerous oroblems. The
mixina of different tvoes of ammunition lent to cook-offs and undetonated rounds.
Even with a hioh-order exolosion. numerous rockets and missiles were elected out
of the ASP. Careful DIaCement of charoes on each oile of munitions is essential
in their immediate destruction. This method of destrovina ammunitions is both
labor and material intensive but orecludes the collateral damaoe of cook-offs.
