               B.       Shortage of 98J and 98G severely degrades BDE's
             ability to conduct SIGINT/EW operations. These personnel are
             requiro4 to fill our 12 x hour shifts in order to conduct 24 x
             hour operatio@4 Without these critical MOS'S, the SDE will haie
             to man significantly fewer collection positions in a high threat
             environment, thereby degrading our ability to provide
             intelligence to the commander. Lack of 63B's is critical. Lack of
             63B's would not only degrade the BDE's ability to maintain its
             wheeled vehicles, but could impair Task Force MI's ability t,@,
             depli,)y forward.

             for deployment of 2 Ml, and shortage of NBC gear.
