              MEMORANDUM FOR:   SEE DISTRIBUTION


              SUBJECT:   Implementation of a Classified  Courier  Service Between
              XVIII Abn  Corps TOC and ARCENT Main/Forward


              1. Effective 27040OZ SEP 90 XVIII Abn Corps will     implement a
              classified courier system between the XVIII Abn Corps TOC
              communications center and ARCENT Forward and Main locations,

              2.@ Staff sectiong/units will insure that material to be
              transported will be double wrap witt the classification of
              material marked on the inner wrapping. On the outer wrapping      the
              full address and phone number of the originator and addressee.

              3. Staff sections/units will deliver their packages to the CTOC
              communications center not later that 0700 bra.     Packages incoming,
              from the ARCENT Main/Fwd will be available for pick up at CTOC
              communications center not earlier that 1700 bra.
