1. (U) REFERENCE: Paragraph 4c (Services) and Annex
G (Mortuary Affairg/Graveg Registration) to lot COSCOM ADMIN/LOG
PLAN Desert Storm.
2. (U) PURPOSE: To provide services support for Operation Desert
Storm.
3. LO) GENERAL.
A.@GRREG policy and procedures are TAW above reference and
54th QM Co Field SOP. Abbreviated or streamlined collection point
processing procedures may be implemented by individual collection
point NCOICs based upon OPT @ 0 and workload requirements.
Temporary internment is authorized if decontamination cannot be
conducted.
b. Concurrent return program is in effect on order of
CINCCENT prior to commencement of hostilities. Theater collection
point is operated by ARCENT vicinity LOGBASE BRAVO
4tU)CONCEPT OF GRREG OPERATIONS.
a. (U) 507th CSO:
(1) Phase I-- Receive 54th GRREG Co in attachment.
Task organize 54th GRREG Co to support ORREG operations. Provide
ORREG platoons to the 46th, 171st. and 101st CSog. Provide ORREG
team to 553rd CSB.
(2) 'VODAI Phase 1: Establish and operate Corps collection
Point at LOGBASE CHARLIE.
(3) (U) Phase III:
(a) Relocate Corps Collection Point to vic
LOGBASE OSCAR when established.
(b) Be prepared to reinforce ORREG platoons team
at IOIgt LFT. 4Bth LFT. 17lgt LFT. and ORREG team at 553rd LFT.
b. (U) 46th. 171st. and 101st CSGS.
(1) Phase 1. Receive OPCON G@EG platoon/team from
507th CSO.
