                        (e) (U)  Phase III


                             (1)  4W   Provide GS fuel support to 6th LT AR
           Div (FR) vic OBJ WHITE. Daily requirements are 125.000 gallons
           JetAl and 7.500 gallons MOGAS. Coordinate accordingly.

                             (2) (,V) Be prepared to establish LOOBASE OSCAR
           as a contingency mission.

                             (3)       Be prepared to provide A/DACG
           operations at Corps Field Landing Strips as required.

                             (4) (,V   Be prepared to move forward and
           establish a LTP support area vic FOB COBRA.

                    5. (U) 2d/4th W4C


                        (a) (U) Phase I

                             (1) 44) Identify and release stocks to support
           the buildup of supplies at KKMC and LOOBASE CHARLIE.

                             (2)        Coordinate with SUPCOM M16C for release
           of theater stocks to XVIII Airborne Corps.

                             (3)       Coordinate with SUPCOM WdC to
           synchronize sustainment efforts during all phases.

                             (4) LW    Coordinate with SUPCOM MMC for the
           throughput of Class I, and Class III to sustain the XVIII Airborne
           Corps in the AA. Coordinate SUPCOM production and storage of
           Corps water requirements in LOGBASE CHARLIE (approximately 1.5 mil
           gal per day).

                             (5)  Un Coordinate with SUPCOM MVC to ensure
           delivery and storage of proper mix of 5.6 million gals or more of
           fuel at LOGBASE CHARLIE not later than end of Phase It.

                             (6)       Coordinate with SUPCOM MMC to
           throughput 2.0 million gallons bulk fuel. 5.000 STONs of
           ammunition, and 2400 STONs of dry cargo (Classes I. II. III(P).
           IV. VI. VIII, and IX) day to LOOBASE OSCAR.vic OBJ WHITE
           commencing 0+1.

                    (7)       Coordinate with the 330th MCC for
           transportation support to push desired gtockage levels forward
           during all phases.

                             (8)       Develop resupply packages of Combat
           Configured Loads (CCL) for Classes V, IIIP, II. and IV. Pass
           requirements to 507th CSO.

                             (9)       Develop aerial delivery sets of Class
          .1, chemical defense replacement items, fuel. water. and ammunition
