          SUBJECT: QUESTIONAIRE



           As per your instructions, the following answers are to your
          questiohaire:


          1.  a.  Light Set


              b.  Laptop Computer


              c.  FM Kit (for general maintenance & response P@its)

          2.  a.  EOD Robot


              b.  P08 Kit


              c.  Radia.= Instruments-


          3.  a.  HUMMV vehicles


              b.  HF Radios (@-iand-held & vehicle)


              c.  Safer System (ground   alarm systems)

          4.  a.  Having our equipment   cross-leveled to unprepared units.

              b.  Lack of proper commo   (radios & telephones).


              c.  (1) no commo on long   missions; need HF capability.

                  (2) Lack of TAI:CS or  easy access to the system; same system
          for all elements.


                  (3) Keeping up with proper Key/Cipher change times; need to
          insure the responsible individual has the items when needed.

              d. NO PROBLEMS


              e. EOD Robot is not made to go to war; GET RID OF IT!


              f. 60 Series is not up to date with items that are present and
          were known to exist, this could have resulted in serious injury or
          death.
