                  d. Post Wash Operations.

                       (1) After clearing the wash point, an intermediate
              customs inspection clears the vehicle to leave the wash rac:l, and
              line up for movement to port.       In the port, a final customs
              inspection is oE-r-Formed and vehicles are moved i-nto the sterile
              holding area.     (SOLir-CE? - Wash Site Inspector/E3upervisor).

                             Need stock of repair parts for unit owned steam
              cleaners And pressure washers to include spar@!. plugs, air
              filters, spray Brands, +an belts, pac:@.--.ing teits for oumps garden
              hoses, spray wand hoses, 0-rings -For spray wands.         (Source - C"4r,
              F'o.-t Wash Site).

              4.  U@'AREUR cleaning standards nay be much less stringent than
              CONUS standards.     However., CONUS based units attached to USAREUR
              MSC'5 will encounter the tougher standards.         Special MSC
              attention and assistance' nay be regained -For these CONUS units.

              5.   CONCLUSION:    The competition for resources in Dh,-,haran is
              extremely keen and our @bility to favorably influence procedures
              rp,a,,7, be limited. Freoar-@tion and high st-@r-.,darls established in
              the RAA's will pay b   ig dividends when vehicles go to port.
