                                    JULLS LONG REPORT

            USAR schools for training approximately 100 soldiers in MOSs
            51M, eem, and 95B. Also coordinated the support of the USAR
            schools for refresher training of approximately 70 personnel in
            MOS's 55B, 55E, 71L, 63B, and 63C, the leadership course for 30
            NCOs and marksmanship training +or over 300 soldiers.

                          (5) Identified systemic problems and recommended
            solutions as described in the lessons learned input.

                  d. In summary, the mission accomplishment of the
            Mobilization Assistance Team significantly contributed to the
            successful and timely deployment of RC units in support of
            Desert Shield. Likewise, the Fort Riley staff contributed
            signi-Fic.intly. The diligent participation of the AG Enlisted
            Strength Managment, DOL unit movement, the Staff Judge Advocate,
            and the Mobilization Cell exemplify the dedication and
            comittment of the Fort Riley Commander and his staff to provide
            excellent support to mobilizing RC units.
