           2. The Garrison Operations Center (GOC), DPTM, has-been tasked
           to publish.an Installation After Action Report'(AAR) for
           installation support provided active and reserve component units
           deployed in support of Operation Desert Shield.

           3. Addressees will provide input in the format at Encl 1 not
           later than 8 Feb 91. All phases of deployment will be covered.
           Each Lesson Learned will be submitted on a separate page.
