       Article 15.
       2. Field Grade Article 15 Authority remains with Commander, 543rd Ord@"-@/',,.@
       Det (EODCT).
       3. Operational Command and Control will remain with Commander, 54@
       Ord Det (E                      u@         on requirements will be
       provided by lst EOD Group. A mission statement will'be provided to
       the unit by the Commander 543rd Ord Det (EODCT).
       4. Unit to provide EOD support on an area basis with priority of
       support to 24th Inf Div.
