    hour work schedule.

        j. Screening medical history and physical exams should be
    conducted and utilized in worker selection.

        k. All recognized injuries or work related illnesses should be
    reported to the VII CORPS surgeons office with in 24 hours.

    2.   Implementation of these recommendations will encourage
    compliance and are in the best interest of soldier safety. These
    measures should not hinder current operations. Subject to your
    approval, we will assist in application of these recommendations.
