                         (1)  The maintenance t:)+ tvISRs in LOBBASE ECHO is still
              being conducted by the 109t]@gineer Gr-oLt5 b-y -6-@@WLt I t.          -f-l-i I s
              mission was to be assume@y E(-)@-in-4i-ne-ei-, nits e++ective (B-Day.
              The group has continued maintenance due to the critical nature o+
              the logbase. Request help in +reeing up the IC)9th assests so
              that they can concentrate on Corps IvISRs.

                         (2) Current stockpiles o+ gravel in the Corps rear- area
              are being dominated by l@-'AC. engineer units        (4.--@,d Engineer
              Battalion). I-liese stockpiles are +or all           IvISRs in the Corps and
              theater areas. We need to gain increased             access to these
l +or the repair o+ IVISR- in
              preparation +or the movement a-f VII Corps units to RoA,,.
