                  k. No supplies were received this last week due to CID
investigation. EAC units are being told that they will not
be issued DCUs until they redeploy.

                  1. Mr. Munos left for some dairy inspection work at Dharhan
                  on 27 March 1991.

                  M. COL Wesson made four supervisory visits to the Hafr al
Batin Host Nation Warehouse and the EPW camps. Talked to
both EPW camp commanders 29 March 1991. They both
(independent of each other) are negotiating Saudi take over
of the facilities. The 301st EPW camp does not expect to
complete the transfer in less than 30 days. The 402nd EPW
camp hopes to complete the transfer within two weeks. The
Saudis appear to be stalling until the end of Ramadan. At
the 402nd EPW camp there have been numerous disturbances
this last week. The EPWs want hot food, more water, and
food during the day in apparent violation of Ramadan Fasting
                  customs.

                  n. COL Wesson made one supervisory visit to the Host Nation
                  Warehouse at KKMC this week

                  0. MAJ Shiller and/or SSG Chichester visited the 1012th GSU
twice, the Host Nation Warehouse at KKMC four times, and the
Hafr al Batin warehouse and EPW camps once.

                  p. The following reports are being worked on this last
                  week.
                       1) EERS, OERs
                       2) Field SoPs
                       3) Lessons Learned
                       4) Command Reports
                       5) March 2651 reports

                  q. Vehicle #9 is still down and awaiting transfer of a
                  transmission.

                  r. One generator is still down. Repair will be made of
                possible.

                  S. SPC Snowden went on the Love Boat. SGT Dixon, the
alternate, was unable to obtain a slot. Plans are being
made to obtain slots for the 422nd.
