                (3) (N    Received information from Saudi Army LNO that Saudi
       civilians reported U.S. military forces in uniforms carrying weapons
       in civilian markets and congregating around telephone booths evening
       of 24 Nov 90 in Al-Fanateer area. U.S. Marine LNO from Saudi police
       station investigated and found British PMO on scene investigating
       British military vehicle parked in parking lot. British PMO will
       complete investigation and take corrective action against British
       troops involved.
