             BULK POL PLAN (U)

             1.       All bulk fuel sources are Provided       by Host Nation or    contractor
             facilities.    Only JETAI fuel is available. Special couplers          are required
             to connect US systems to contractor systems.         @dination to acquire
             these adapters will be made with 2nd Support Center (UK057237).
             Only five serviceable couplers are in-cmmtry.

             2. (U) Procedures to coordinate bulk fuel supply.

                 a. Cft    Contact 2nd Support [:enter, POL Section.

                 b. (U) Use DA Form 2765-1 to request fuel.

                 C. (U) Coordinate unit bulk transfer with 2nd Support Center if
             desired.

                 d. (U) If line haul delivery is reque#ed, provide            unit guide to
             accompany commercial fuel truck(s) to desired location.

                 Ll. (U) Provide point of contact to sign invoice for fuel.
             3. *M) To request contracted POL laboratory analysis, contact POL
             Section, 2nd Support Center. No field laboratory testing is expected
             be available until after C+60.
