                            (a)     Supply  and Ma'intenincL-. Requests for CL     VIII and
              medical   maintenance services will be processed through 32nd @SOM
              -(UK208072).

                            (b) (N  Blood. XVIII Abh Corps unite, will'be provided supply
              point distribution of.blood from the Bioad'Shipmmt Unit (@) in the AL
              JUBAYL Naval Hospital (83-361-1234 - ext 3967, POC LTC Malloy). The'BSU
              will push liquid blood products to the blood transshipment center (BSO)
              collocated with the USAF ATH at DH          . Corps medical units at all
              levels will consolidate and.submit      blood reports to the 44th Medical
              Brigade (UK000033) daily. Lfnits will pickup blood products from the BTC
              at D14AHRAN.


                     (4)        Preventive Medirine:

                            (a) tW    PDlyvalent snake anti-venom and scorpion anti-venc)m
              is available at the USAF (Ist Medical Group) ATil. The USAF ATTI will
              maintain-the stocks until a requirement for anti-venom administration is
              identified.

                            (b)       714th  Mod Dot (LA), entomological medicine, provides
              Corps level preventive medicine swport-

                            (C) t&    Commanders must consider use @ Nerve Agent
              Pre-Treatment Tablets (pyridastigmine bromide) when enemy agent is
              .imminent. Dosage:is C)rie,tablet every 8-hours. Resupply may be requested
              through 32d MEDSOM (-), NSN 6505-01-178-7903.

                     (5)    Nk Future Medical Assets.

                            (a) Evacuation. 12 UH-60 MMEVAC aircraft will become
              operational on   or about C+27.

         (b) Hospitalization. The 2BU       @at Support Hospital (r-SH)
              will he operational by C+45. "The 2Bth C61i will provide'180 beds and
              hospitalization for general classes of patients in the Corps rear area.
              (explcted location UK152061).

                   d.   VQ    Graves Registration (GRRES). A Joint Mortuary Point is
              located in@a    @king lot across from BLDG 946, King Abdul Aziz Air Base,
              DHAHRAN.


              4. (U) COORDINATING INSTRUCTI-ONS.

                    a.        Automation. For SSA's equipped with SARSS-1 or SARSS-0, the
              document perpetuated will identify the Theater Break Bulk Point and
              Supplemental Address of the SSA. 'For SSA's withour SARSS, unit DODAAC's
              must be changed to reflect Theater Break Bulk Point and supplemental
              address an that unit DAAS file.
