                1. Select 5 samples ( front, middle, rear ) from top
                layer
                2. If any one sample in top laver exceeds final
                Eemperature as correlated V-lth time interval and risk
                factor listed in table 2, pg._10 the entire laver will
                be condemned. Sampling procedures will remain-the same
                on each consecutive layer until an acceptable layer is
                found.
