           It is important to take the samples quickly because many of the
           agents are very non-persistent.

                   (4) Units will ensure these instructions are
           disseminated to the lowest level. Units will also ensure
           suitable containers are available within all their sub-elements.

           supported unit will instruct you where and when to transfer the
           sample to Corps te@inical intelligence assets.

                   (6) Units will make every effort to safeguard the sample
           and expedite it to the next custodian.
