                        emergency   material-to manage allergic reactions. (See
                        Enclosure   1)

                   6.   Record and  maintain roster of the personnel immunized       by
                        name, rank, SSN and unit. Available shot records
                        should be annotated. New shot records will be issued         to
                        units when they are available. These records will be
                        maintained by the soldier for future reference.

                   7. Submit report to Division Surgeon's Office upon
                        completion of process listing unit and the number and
                        and percentage of personnel immunized.

               b. Medical Company will:

                   1.   Obtain vaccines an,4 supporting materials (needles,
                        syringes, alcohol prep pads) from DMSO I day prior to
                        the scheduled date of initial administration.

                   2.   Return unused materials and vaccine to DMSO within 24
                        hours of completion of immunization process.

                   3.   Establish method for storing and cooling vaccine
                        materials.


                   4.   Maintain records of materials distributed.


               C.  DMSD will:

                   1.   Provide the Division supply of vaccines, needles, and
                        syringes,

                   2.   Issue serums to medical companies for release to units,

                   3.   Provide coolers to medical companies for serum
                        distribution.


               d. DMOC will:


                   1.   Provide additional medical support to those units that
to complete
                        the process.
