         ANNEX M (SERVICE SUPPORT) TO IAD OPLAN 65-91M (ATTACK/MOVEMENT TO CONTACT)



                        (b) (U) Units deploy with 5 DOS MREs and water.

                        (c)     Priority for bulk water is the MASH and
         decontamination.  Units carry additional water and rations commensurate
         with capability.'

                        (d) (U) Water for cooking and hygiene is not planned for at
         least the first 72 hours.


                        (e)     Iraqi tradition is to poison all water sources a$
         they withdraw. Under no circumstances will captured water stocks be used
         without medical verification of potability.

                        (f)     ROWPUs provide bulk water to fill unit needs upon
         locating a suitable source.

                        (g) (U) MKTs and 94B personnel not designated as truck
         drivers will be consolidated under DISCOM control prior to departure from
         FAA GARCIA. Assets will be returned to units at the conclusion of PHASE V
         of the overall operation, or 0/0 as warranted by the situation.

                  (2) @ Class II.      No change.

                  (3)   (U) Class III.


                        (a) @ Units   carry I DOS III(B)  and  15 DOS III(P). Report
         critical shortages to DMMC. DMMC consolidates    and forwards tg 800th CMMC.

                        (b) @ Iraq has positioned chemical    contaminants  - forward.
         Expect captured stocks to be heavily contaminated. Contaminants are
         highly corrosive to engines. Lab facilities to test for contamination er,
         available in TAA BASTOGNE. Do not use prior to testing for contamination.

                        (a)     When bladders have been downloaded in FSA, priority
         changes to filling the bladders. Divisional 5000 gal tankers will fill,
         in priority, divisional retail and storage assets. When these assets are
ll (including the 50K bladder), fuel should be downloaded into FSSP
         bladders vic PYTHON. Divisional 5000 gal tankers will not be used for
         fuel storage in division areas during this phase.

                  (4)   (U) Class IV.


                        (a) (U) Continue to requisition through normal supply
         channels.
                        (b) (U) Push packages will be pushed forward to Brigade
         level.
