                    (1) (U) The Division Surgeon can be reached at DMAIN, 63 @.LEX,
            MSE 320-3348/@,--143.
                    (2) (\) All soldiers should have received a CANA aLttOinjector.
            Units with further requirements should cross-level -From combat
            lifesavers, then BAS, then C/FSD.
                    (3) (\ ) HTH, a commercial preparat4c)n for chlorinating water,
            is available in bulk from A/122 MSB. SOIP is 200 lbs per BAS, IOC)O lbs
            per C/FSB, and 2000 lbs +or F/122 MSB. Six ounces of HTH in 5 gallons
            of water makes a 0.5% chlorine solution for personnel decontamination.
            Each medical vehicle should carry enough HTH to prepare 50 gallons of
            solution. At least one 5 gallon can of water should be on the vehicle
            and refueled as necessary.
                    (4) (U) Retrans frequency -For MEDEVAC is the OPS F:k'EO. Use
            standard MEDEVAC request procedures.
