                  a. Situation: HQ, '[',h Engineer Brigade has completed its
             move to the FAA. 926th EN Gpoup 1-- DS to 3AD effective 1600!C
             FEE 91.


                  h. Opera'@ions/l'ng. Combat battalions continue to train on
             mobility operations. Engineep group effort includes MOI@S,
             survivability, C130 Aipfield, hosni'Lal@ support, forward atookage

                             Request assistance in solving problems involving
             receipt   ol LES'S. Some '@@lh Engineer Brigade units have yet to
             receive   their December and January LES'S. Brigade has previously
             submitted list of all assigned units, but has thus far received
             only 7@ES'8 for. organic Brigade units from FRC4.

                       (2)   The have to get definite answers on package mail flow
             aftep O-Day. It will be almost impossible for brigade to receive
 and transport package mail to units after (3-Day. Although Corps
             OPLAN stated package mail, would cease, sources indicated packages
             may continue to flow to SV@A.

                       (3) 2 sets of M-19 matting are available at Dainrftaih port.
             Need high priority to have matting transported fopward. Matting
             is required to construct a fortmapd C130 Airstrip.

                       (4) 7th Engineer Brigade reques           three well development
             kits from theater assets for use on projected water points within
             Iraq.
