                 ANNEX X (CROSSING PLAIQ), TO 1 ID(M) OPOltD SCORPION DANGER (U)



                              (c)       On orders lst MP Co(-) provides BCC in
                 DS to 2d Bde CAC to support crossing units' movement in zone
                 from the far-side of the barrier lane to PL NEW JERSEY.

                         (6) (U) NBC.
                              (a) (0) : Decon. Four hasty decon sites will be
                 established vicinity the four far-side staging areas.
                 Crossing units attacked with chemicals while in the barrier
                 crossing lanes will conduct basic skills decon, notify CAC,
                 and continue moving through lane to a decon site directed by
                 the CAC. Vehicles will undergo 3-minuto wash to remove gross
                 contamination. Units Will remain at MOPP 4 and continue with
                 mission. MOPP gear exchange will be conducted later as the
                 situation permits.

                              (b) -fS) Recon. B/22 CHEM CO provides three
                 Fox vehicles OPCON to each CAC. Priority is to crossing
                 units in the barrier lanes.

                         (7) (9) Signal. On order, CFC, 1 Bde, 2 Bdep
                 DIVARTY,, and Military Police install, operate, and maintain
                 (IOM) radio nets IAW Appendix 5 (Radio Nets) utilizing the
                 frequencies in Appendix 6 (CFC Frequencies )ao C?
                              (a)       All units will remain on radio
                 listening silence (RLS) after passing PL       e% RLS will be
                 broken to pass NBC reports, air warning, and to pass movement
                 instructions on division, brigade,, and battalion command
                 nets. Additionally, all artillery nets are not subject to
                 RLS.

                              (b) (9) All FM frequencies will remain fixed
H+Hour is declared for all crossing units regardless of
                 what day they CROSB. All units will remain on fixed
                 frequencies until they cleilr PL NEW JERSEY.

                              (c)      Unit representatives (LNO/CP) at CFC
                 and CAC HQs will communicate with their units on their
                 internal radio nets.-

                    b. (U) Tasks to Maneuver Units..

                        (1) (U) Ist Bde.

                              (a)       Establish CAC in zone NLT H+5:50,, to
                 control movement of follow-oi2 units from the beginning of the
