             SUBJECT- Rxecutive Aviation Maintenance Summary


             1.  Cumulative operational readiness rates for the week ending 23 Nov 90:

             2. UH-60 and AR-64 main and tail rotor repair remain a top priority for
             the DivisiorA. UH-60, 45 aircraft sets have been completed with 100 left
             to be completed. AH-64'x, 66 sets remain to be completed. A relook at
             the prioritization for blade repair may be required to insure the
             continued training and operational capability of the Division's fleet.

             3. Environmental conditions which have impacted the Division'* readiness
             within the utility fleet (blade erosion), have begun to impact readiness
             also in the AR-64 fleet. Of major concern in the upward trend in the
             number of UR-60 engine repairs and replacement due to erosion of the
             turbine blades.


             4. Division anticipates the commencement of AH-19 to AH-LF swap-out by
             the beginning of December.

Division is short 3 UH-60A by TOR. Request the Corps assistance
             In filling the shortages from the UH-60A being turned In as a result of
             the UH-60A to UH-60L swap-out by the $2d Abn Div.

             6. Particl6 separators modifications for UH-1 and AH-1 are underway. The
             UH-1 fleet is completed with the exception of four aircraft which should
             be completed bv end of month December. The AH-1 fleet has been Initiated
             with three aircraft ih modification and 15 remaining.
