     1. Request the following individuals and equipment be prioritized
     for movement in support of DESERT SHIELD.

     needs to be in-country immediately to establish operations for
     follow-on AMC Logistic Assistance Representatives CLAR) who will
     provide technical assistance to XVIII Airborne Corps elements.
