            ..subjectively:determine a color-code-status for its ability to
            conduct NBC decon/recon and smoke. This color will then be
            @otated n appropriate columns-on next page and forwarded to
            :ARCENT Main NBC. Any@status'less than green will require a
            -comment in the remarks column.
