C-13. MILITARY SPECIFICATION DOD-P-15328, 21 APRIL 1976, PRIMER (WASH),
PRETREATMENT (FORMULA NO. 117 FOR METALS) (METRIC).
a. This is a primer pretreatment coating intended for use on all types of
clean metal surfaces as a treatment prior to the application of the coating
system. This primer Is considered suitable for use In areas with regulations
controlling emission of solvents into the atmosphere.
b. The primer consists of ingredient In the proportions specified In
table C-27.
