                     c. Components A and 8 are mixed in a one-to-one volume ratio. The primer
                 is supplied in a kit consisting of equal volumes of pigmented epoxy resin and
                 a polyamide resin. Individual cans must have a label giving the following
                 information:

                     Component Identification
                              Component A - Pigmented epoxy resin component
                              Component B - Polyamide resin component
                     Specification MIL-P-23377 Type I or Type II (as applicable)
                     Name of Manufacturer
                     Date of Manufacture by Month and Year
                     Batch Number/Net Contents
                     Precautions:

                     1.   The surface to be primed must be absolutely clean and free of oil,
                          dust, etc.
