    19 FEB 91 .


    - Return cups, silverware, and especially salt shakers to the
    dining hall. -

    - Sign your real names at the chow hall.

    _ "Ray the Barber" is going home on leave for 45 days or perhaps
    forever. Haircuts will only be available at the compound.

     14 FEB 91
    - All new crews should stop by hospital for Anthrax shots.

    DO not enter the civilian terminal from the flightline side.
    Entry is prohibited by Saudi security.

    - Excess tiedown straps must be turned in to supply.

    - If you are in-theater for 181 days you will receive credit for
    a short tour (new guidance).

    9 FEB 91


    - You must don proper protective gear and take cover under alarm
    red. To disregard proper alarm Procedures will be considered as
    disobeying an order.

    8 FEB 91


    -We are still restricted by CINCCENT to the compound or work
    area. Only local exceptions are the airport area (community
      shopping area, Sahara Hotel) and trips to the BX.

    - Trips downtown are not authorized, except for official busi
     ness.
