IMPACT: A standardized patient management software program would enhance our capability to 
track and manage patients within the aeromedical evacuation system. 
 
RECOMMENDATION: Provide all aeromedical evacuation units with existing software, train 
assigned Computer Information Systems 
personnel how to use it, and expect the software to be deployed 
and used when these units are activated.
