requirements should be reevaluated frequently to allow for any needed 
flexibility. All information should be coordinated immediately with HQ AFRES, 
HQ ANGSC, and HQ ARPC/SG. Requirement communication should be conveyed 
directly from the MAJCOM to HQ ARPC/SG. The facilities should not be talking 
to SG, but to their MAJCOM. HQ USAF/SGHR should make sure all needed 
resources in AFRES, ANG, and IMA programs are utilized prior to mobilizing 
the PIM.
