           3.   AIRFIELD SWEEPER PARTS - WE NEED PARTS FOR OUR AIRFIELD SWEEPER.
           FOD IS A MAJOR PROBLEM HERE AND NEITHER THE RSAF NOR AIRPORT -
           AUTHORITIES CAN KEEP UP WITH THE PROBLEM OUR ONLY SWEEPER IS A
           CRUCIAL PIECE OF EQUIPMENT AND IT IS NEARLY VDP. WE REQUIRE
           IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR SKID PLATES, HOSES, AND CURTAINS 1701
           SW/LOS HAS ORDERED THE PARTS FOR US. (ORDER #348CE FEB 1, 91 NO'S
           57-66) ANY SUPPORT TO OBTAIN THE PARTS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
           4. AIRFIELD SWEEPER - IN ADDITION TO THE SWEEPER PARTS MENTIONED
           ABOVE WE REQUIRE ANOTHER AIRFIELD SWEEPER. OUR SWEEPER CAN NOT KEEP
           UP WITH THE DEMAND EVEN AFTER IT IS REPAIRED. WE REQUIRE ANOTHER
           SWEEPER, TYMCO MODEL 600.
           5. ALL TERRAIN FORKLIFT (10K) - NONE ARE AVAILABLE AT OUR LOCATION,
           WE HAVE TRIED EVERY SOURCE (MILITARY AND LOCAL) BUT CANNOT FIND ONE.
          WITHOUT THIS FORKLIFT OUR MISSION IS SEVERLY HAMPERED. REQUEST
           SUPPORT TO OBTAIN THIS ITEM.

           D. DEMIN WATER STATUS
           1. WE HAVE 190,000 GALLONS OF DEMIN WATER STORED.
           WE RECEIVED THE ADDITIONAL DEMIN PLANT 4 FEB 91, AND ARE PROCEEDING
           WITH HOOK-UP.
           E. EXPANDED WEAPONS STORAGE AREA (WSA)
           THE MOST RECENT EXPANSION OF OUR WSA WHICH WE'RE CALLING PHASE III
           WAS COMPLETED 31 JAN 91. MMS IS USING ALL THE BAYS, ROADS, AND THE
           BUILD UP PAD. WE HAVE BEEN ASKED TO EXPAND THE WSA ONCE AGAIN.
           WE WILL BUILD EIGHT (8) MORE BAYS PLUS ROADS AND BERMS. THIS IS
           PHASE IV. (NOTE: WE CURRENTLY HAVE 29 BAYS. PHASE IV WILL GIVE US
           A TOTAL OF 37 BAYS. OUR ORIGINAL REQUIREMENT IN OCTOBER 90 WAS FOR
           TEN (10) BAYS.
           F. AIRFIELD CRACKING
           1. WE HAVE STARTED TO NOTICE CRACKING AND SPALLING OF AIRFIELD
           SURFACES. WE'VE DONE A SURVEY AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEMS IN
           PRIORITY ORDER. THE BIGGEST PROBLEMS ARE ON TAXIWAY L, TAXIWAYS Ml
           AND M2 (THESE ENTER INTO AND EXIT FROM APRON 12) AND THE MAIN TAXIWAY
           L INF ON APRON 12. WE FEEL MANY OF THESE CRACKS EXISTED [(b)(1) sec 3.4 (b)(5)]
           BUT HAVE BEEN ACCELERATED BY THE AIRPLANE.  IN SOME CASE,
           HOWEVER, OTHER CRACKS HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE [(b)(l) sec 3.4(b)(5)]
