		OBSERVATION:  Harvest Falcon Kits are arriving and
		equipment Is being put into service to beddown and feed
		personnel.  Kits are incomplete In some cases.  Equipment
		requires service and maintenance.  No WRSK or spares
		available.

		ACTION:  Working to expedite WRSK and spares.
