10. DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION: The rental equipment
will be used to construct fuel berms, dig drainage ditches, prepare
clay pads and maintain existing pads, prepare sites for asphalt and
concrete, bury cables and utility lines, maintain and repair roads,
and will be used for bomb removal and Rapid Runway Repair (RRR) if
needed. All equipment should be rented for at least three months,
and all monthly rates should include maintenance on the equipment.
Maintenance personnel should be available on site 24 hours per day,
as equipment will be subject to use 24 hours per day.
